Objective: Prevention, Control, Eliminate & minimizes from any accident & digester damage of property or live safety and discipline.

Scope: Major point of contingency plan setup for accident handling, reporting procedures. Define a special team for difference event (e.g. Fire / Earth quick / Storm / Flood / Riot or unrest / Chemical spill/ Stop electricity & Gas supply/ Explosion/ Poison)

Command system: Define different division team in different level for different situation, defined commander and provide training for different committee to let them know the handling procedure.

Emergency Handling

When injure or emergency event happen, Make a emergency call to nearest hospital, police station, fire brigade and report to contingency committee,

Let the pre-educated in committee members, Rescue members, first Aider Fire Fighter to rescue, prevent to enlarge event and maintains scene.

Contingency procedure - Fire / Earth quick / Storm / Flood / Riot or unrest / Chemical spill/ Stop electricity & Gas supply/ Explosion/ Poison) based on emergency practice.

1. When event was happen, depends on the situation and procedures to prevent enlarge situation.
2. Setup professional safety team to make emergency rescue.
3. To adopt a measure of effectiveness and safety prevention to avoid further happen.
4. Setup a disaster area, evacuate unnecessary person to safe area, non-rescue people are prohibited access disaster area.
5. Security should be make sure all the parking and access control without block which may delay a ambulance or fire brigade to taking patient to hospital or rescue work.
6. Take action on prevent Fire / Earth quick / Storm / Flood / Riot or unrest / Chemical spill/ Stop electricity & Gas supply/ Explosion/ Poison protect human safety.

Contingency Plan for Fire or any digester

Command & Control

Commander must judge in hurry and making direct order, control and minimize damage of all kinds of unexpected situation.

Fire or digester committee

Procedure

1. When fire or any digester happens to evacuate all staffs far from fire or any digester zone, rescue member organized this area.
2.  First Aid member will help injured person & send to hospital
3. Fire fighter or committee member will start immediate duty as per commander command or use fire extinguisher against small fire or necessary action will take as required.
4. Any staff should turn on the emergency alarm
5. Remove flammability items and stop work on high flammability work, or remove obstruction for easy evacuate.
6. Electrical engineer should be turn off necessary power or equipment to avoid enlarge fire scene or any electrical accident.

Rehearsal  Requirement 

1. Keep training to all staffs & committee member how to prevent fire or their responsibility during the digester.
2. All committee must be follow commanders instruction to evacuate.
3. All committee members must learn how to use fire equipment, evacuate way and methods, rehearsal by quarterly and keep record.
4. All committee members must be learn different issues e.g.   Fire / Earth quick / Storm / Flood / Riot or unrest or security / Chemical spill/ Stop electricity & Gas supply/ Explosion / Poison protect human safety. 

One time formal rehearsal & training every month required for effectiveness.
